This toy was dubbed "Parent's Choice Toy Award 2010". Thus, it must be an amazing thing, right? Well you be the judge. Basically when you purchase this "toy" you get 8 different types of animals, and you simply apply the tattoo to the hand and in a matter of seconds a boring ordinary looking hand is transformed into an animal puppet. Many parents exclaim that it is fun, easy to apply, and sparks creativity in their children. Although, let it be known that perhaps if parents bought paint for their kids and let them go-at-it eventually they may make their way to something like this on their own. Regardless its a cheap toy and according to reviews everlasting fun.
