Proactive

A highly celebrity endorsed product, which makes you believe that it truly works. After all, Jessica Simpson wouldn't lie to me if it didn't work, right? If not her, then definitely not Vanessa Williams, Avril Lavigne, or P. Diddy (not sure if he's going by that name nowadays), just to name a few. Well after consulting with a few websites the verdict is in.
If you're acne is due to oily or dirty skin, Proactive should work for you (which I believe is what any acne product takes care of). According to customer testimonial, the product caused severe drying and had a "stinging" sensation. But there were a few customers that stated it cleared up their acne better than any previous product. Wow, just like how the advertisements claim. Crazy!
Although there were a few selected satisfied customers, more were left with only hopes diminished and extreme disappointment. Both sites, Product Review and Amazon, show Proactive as having three out of five stars. Essentially, average. If it were issued a letter grade, it'd be a C.
So to answer the first question, yes, Jessica Simpson, P.Diddy (still unsure if this is what he goes by), Avril Lavigne, and Vanessa Williams would like to me to make a quick buck. Unless they were the 30% with oily or dirty skin. Which sounds really gross and I doubt they would fess up to that.
